My legs are killing me.  I've gone 100 more miles on my current pair of shoes than I normally due and I hope that is what is causing the problem (will get a new pair today).  I wore an older pair of shoes (with less miles) and kept the pace really easy.

Hopefully that will solve the problem! You were supposed to come back from Disneyland and run w/o any problems and feel great!

Love new shoes!!! Mine should arrive on Monday!!

Is it the muscles, tendons, or joints that are killing you. I hope it's just the shoes. Do you usually do about 400 miles in each pair?

From Andy on Fri, Jan 30, 2009 at 13:11:51

Missee - That is what has been the most frustrating for me. I have reduced my mileage and have taken a few breaks so I expected to be running pain free and feel energized. Maybe my body just got used to the higher mileage and is having withdrawls.

Rhett - It seems to be muscular. I usually get 450 miles out of a pair of shoes so I'm definitely pushing it with 560 on my current pair.

I hope the new shoes work... I have never counted the miles on my shoes I just get new ones twice a year and call it good.
