Much colder outside than I thought it would be.  Legs felt like they had a little extra pep in them this morning for some reason.  Right hip is a little tender but other than that everything felt good.  Did the usual loop. Considered extending it and getting a couple of extra miles in so that I can hit my yearly mileage goal but decided it is an arbitrary number and coming up a few miles short really doesn't mean anything.

Just through another marathon in there and I'm sure you'll hit your goal. :)

Just throw another marathon in there and I'm sure you'll hit your goal. :)

You recovered from your marathon fast! I am with Rhett go for it :)!

I succumb to peer pressure very easily so please stop. The thought had crossed my mind to go for a 6 mile "beat the new year" run at 11:00 on Thursday night.

Can't wait to see what you decide to do! :)

Seriously ... awesome how quickly you recover. You are so fit!

From Smooth on Mon, Dec 28, 2009 at 22:13:36 from 174.23.217.47

Super impressive recovery! No pressure here! Go ahead and "beat" the new year!

OH btw, you're TOUGH to run in today's brutal cold and hazy air!
