Miserable run.  Wasn't feeling great when I started so I thought of only doing 10 and getting in a longer run tomrrow.  Felt alright at the turnaround point so I kept going and thought 12 would be good.  Finally decided after 7.5 miles to turn and head home.  Quickly realized that running with the wind was the reason I was feeling so good.  The trip back home into the wind was tough.  I had very little to drink yesterday, didn't drink anything this morning and didn't take anything with me so I ended up a little dehydrated.  Despite all the complaining, I'm glad I got the mileage in for the day.

nice job getting it in Andy - now you don't have to worry about it today.

Curse you, headwind.
