Met Tara at the LPT for an 8 miler.  Started out at a comfortable pace.  The pace naturally got faster as we warmed up.  Averaged 7:45 for the run with the last mile under 7:00.  I was feeling pretty wiped out before the run but felt good once we got going.

Speedy! Are you going to come down and run the thankful half course with us Saturday?

Definitely considering it. I will check with Becky to see if she wants to go down.
