They didn't feel very smooth when they were hitting the road. I think that it was because I was being a little more cautious as I was running because it was slippery.
You may have already posted this and I missed it, but how is you shoulder doing after the spill the other day? You guys are having one nasty winter up there this year.
I try to imagine myself running on thin ice when the feet get slappy. It helps me to have a quicker leg turnovers and lighter footfall. I am tired of wet/slushy/icy roads.
