It's amazing how much easier it is to run when the weather is nice.  My hands were cold but everything else felt good.  Left the condo and headed west.  Stumbled across some trails so thought I would explore.  Turned out to be the Bear Claw Poppy trails (I think that is what it was called).  It was a nice and quiet area and the trails were fun to run on.  When I was going up hill I almost fell a couple of times and realized that the "pop" that I felt last week when I was moving a tv was probably a hernia.  I'll have to keep an eye on it.

How's the weather down there?

I sure hope you don't have a hernia. If that had to be repaired surgically it would keep you from running for a while. Take it easy and don't aggrivate it.

No, no hernia please. Enjoy the nice Dixie weather and time with your kids.

Yuck. So no posting for a few days. Are you alright?

Thanks for checking in Michelle. It's nice to know if I drop off the face of the earth somebody might notice. I was having too much fun in the sun to run or blog yesterday.

Well that's good to know:) Glad you didn't fall off the face of the earth:)
