I was very snacky yesterday and I could really feel it this morning.  Garbage in, garbage out.  Les were very uncooperative.

I did the same thing last night. I ate cheetos and some M&Ms. I ended up having a great workout this morning though even though I still regret my food choices last night.

I just read your most recent race report. After watching you literally run away with the handcart days half, I know you'll get back in your groove. I'm excited to watch your comeback. Even though I'm not half the runner you are, I plan to throttle back after Boston. Seeing you reclaim your previous fitness and times will provide me with incentive and optimism. Good luck!

Wild concert one night, snacky the next day!!! Next thing I know you'd be rooting for the Cougars! :)
