I was thinking of putting in a few extra miles this morning but my body said absolutely not.  Very tired.  My mileage has not been where I would have liked it to be this training cycle.  I will have to accept my place in the running universe.  No biggie.

Btw, you can tell how fit you are just by looking at you! A runner gets this certain look when they are in it to win it (at least, I think they do). You have that look! Seriously, you look fantastic! (Now that I know 'you know who' I can say that, right? She will know that I am not hitting on you -- just telling you the truth!) :) :) :)

You're master of the running universe! I agree w/ Teena's assessment of your *look*. I called it last time I saw you when we were at Rumbi. But of course, Teena had a more intimate look-see at PC, although her choice of beverage might have impaired her judgment!!!! So if she was hitting on you...whatever that means...she was not held accountable then!

Did you redeem your mileage this morning? You're abusy dad, soccer, work, family stuff, very commendable in your balancing act! :)
