I think that spring is finally here.  I know that I run the risk of jinxing us but I'm willing to take that chance.  It seemed like my legs didn't want to cooperate this morning.  There were only mildly sore but I could not get them to move very well.  Averaged 7:45 running into the wind and 7:20 running with the wind.  I'm starting Kathie's push up challenge today.  I did 30 push ups during the initial test yesterday so I am starting in week 3.  I did column 3 today but am not sure if I will be able to handle it and may move to column 2.

I will do my push ups tonight I am also going to start week three column three and see how it goes.

Spring has sprung...so will the legs. The push up challenge is quite fun; now that I'm done with it, I can say that. The key is consistency. It did get easier at one point. I had doubt in week 5 but was pleasantly surprised that I felt stronger and didn't have to repeat any week. I've been told that my form wasn't perfect though; but I don't care.
