I think my shoes have reached their mileage limit. They were very slappy this morning. Will try to get a few more runs out of them.

I wear Brook Adrenaline. I've never really been in love with them but have been wearing them for 6 years. I haven't been able to find anything that works better.

800 miles??? I guess the disadvantage of being a clunky runner is that I don't get as many miles out of mine. I'm lucky to get 500 miles out of a pair.
