Hilly run up 1800 S to the mouth of Mueller Park canyon. I felt very "heavy" this morning while I was running. Couldn't get the legs to move right. The effort didn't kill me going up and I really didn't pound the pace coming down. As I saw my reflection in a store window I realized my form looked really bad. Too much bending at the waist. This has always been a problem for me and I think the cause is that my backside is disproportionately bigger then the rest of my body and I bend at the waist to compensate. |
