Had to get out for an easy run to see what damage I did yesterday. My left hamstring is pretty tight and sore. It felt better after a mile so I'm not concerned. I have the typical post marathon dead legs but other than that I feel pretty good.
How in the stink can you run so stinkin' fast and feel "pretty good" on a run the very next day!! There's something not quite human about you!! :) Baby that hammie.
