Ahhhh! New shoes. The shoes felt great but nothing else did. Not as much energy as I hoped to have. The inflammation in my achilles will take a few days to go down so they are still a little tender.

Cool, what kind of shoes did you get? I got some Nike Free's last month and I like them, but I should have eased into them because my knees started hurting.
