Had to break out the running pants because it is getting cold. Legs felt a little clunky. No matter what I tried, I could not get them to move smoothly.

I'm trying to come up with a plan now. My mind is ready to get serious again but I think my body has different ideas. I think that I am going to do a couple of the 1/2s in St George in the winter for the runners series and to have something on the schedule for motivation. Of course, knowing that I have to beat 2:51 at SGM next year should be motivation enough.
