Great morning for a run.  Weather was near perfect.  Felt really good from the start but was a little surprised how slow the first couple of miles were.  Was able to get into a groove and run at a good pace for the second half.  Ran without water or Gatorade and never felt like I really needed it.  Amazing how only a couple of weeks ago I struggled to make it through a run while taking in 128 oz off fluids.

AWESOME MLR! Wow, you must be fast enough to not need water or gatorade. I could go 90 min without on a cool day! This morning's weather was near perfect! Got to enjoy it while it last. It is amazing how your body adapts so well and so quickly.

Wow, 15 miles without even water. It must have been nice and cool this morning. And that fact that you are a super tough runner helps too.

Awesome!!! I can't even make it a mile without needing a drink.
