Freezing cold run.  I had to run an errand so I incorporated it into the run.  Miscalculated my route and ended up running a little extra.  I'm starting to notice my right achilles.  Hopefully it is just part of breaking in the new shoes.

I can't believe you guys are still having "freezing cold" weather. It is lasting so long that it is going to go straight from winter to summer without any nice springtime weather. Good thing you Utahans are tough.

Of course they are predicting mid to high 70's next Saturday. That is one of the hardest things with spring marathons for me. We train in cold weather and the race is warm and our bodies are not used to running in the heat.

It was cold this morning and I was so hoping that it will stay a bit on the cool side next Sat.

It will be cold up in the mountains at the start and you are speedy enough that it will still be cool at the finish.

I hope it will change and be a bit cooler next Saturday...I am not fast enough to out run the heat!

Andy, keep up your confidence for Ogden. You will do great. Trust in PP's plan. :)

On a sidenote, training on the treadmill prepares you well for those temperature in the 70s :).

Paul - Your efforts are futile. I will never convert!
