Drove to the Farmington cemetery to meet the running club.  Ran 1 mile before the group run.  Ran into along Main street (or whatever it is called) into Bountiful and headed back.  The first half felt really good. I caught on some sleep which really helped. The last half was a little tougher but still felt good.

Went to the UVM volunteer meeting and my kids and I will be at the mile 9 aid station.  If any of you will need something there, let me know.

There you are!!! NICE 15 miler!!! Glad you got some needed sleep and the run felt good!

Is mile 9 after the tunnel? I'll think about what I may need besides a smile and cheer! Can't wait to see you and your kids!!!!

Nice run.

Let's see, at mile 9 I will need a good reality check and a slap upside the head.

Nice run, I think I will try to join the group next week. How has the turn out been?

From Andy on Sat, Jun 05, 2010 at 19:41:01 from 198.60.114.178

Smooth - I have no idea where it is. It was the only aid station left with 4 slots open. It probably would have been my first choice anyway.

DoG - Hope I smack the right person. Otherwise I would have a lot of explaining to do.

Kathie - Of course you pick the week to go when I won't be there. I can take a hint. The turnout has been alright now that it is mostly a tri club. Lora usually has her blonderunner group there so there can be 10 - 15 people each week. I'm not sure there are many that run as fast as you, though.

I should get you some Diet Dew to pass out to the fastrunning crew, including me. :)

From Rhett on Sun, Jun 06, 2010 at 18:24:53 from 184.10.154.170

Nice run.

Paul, you don't need any Diet Dew while racing. You are already so full of energy. It would put you over the top. Now one at the finish line would be nice. Maybe I'll have one waiting for you.

diet Dew? Go for the real thing.

I was pounding the real stuff today at the race today. Oh, and cookies. Amazing what you consume in one of those ultras. Good times. :)
