Another low energy day.  Ran at a very easy pace.  My right hamstring was really sore.  It is usually my left that causes me trouble.  Pretty sure it is just part of getting used to the cold weather running.

Great job on yesterdays run. It is smart to do some interval runs at that pace. Wish I would of done more of those. Was it out in the cold? I am still trying to get use to the cold in the afternoon. I would bet your morning runs are even tougher.
