A little bit better every day.  Other than some soreness in my ankles and feet I am feeling pretty good.  It was quite a bit cooler out this morning than yesterday.  Now that it is darker and the temperature is coming down, it is starting to feel a little like fall.

Ya it was alot darker this morning and much colder. Nice to see you have recovered well. I am feeling rather well after this race too.

Could you send me some of that nice fall weather? How does 81 degrees with 50% humidity at 4:45AM sound? I guess it would sound pretty good when you are running in the snow this winter and I am just cold, but dry. Ahhhhh, the joys of running in the extremes.

Thanks for sending the link to that race. Looks like a cool event, but I won't be entering any races until next Spring. Got to get the ol' aerobic base up! Looking forward to maybe running it next year though, I didn't know there were any trail races in Centerville.
