Good run with the the running club this morning.  First few miles were at a pretty easy pace as Jeremy and I ran with a couple of new members then we picked it up for the last 4 miles.  I am actually starting to feel a little bit of the snap back in my legs.

Im glad your legs are feeling better.

One of these days I will not be the last runner in the group, but only if I recruit much slower people!

Glad you're feeling the "snap" again. (Isn't a "snap" during running usually a bad thing??)

From Andy on Sun, Dec 28, 2008 at 10:56:40

Kathie - You are never the last runner in the group. Three finished before you because they only ran a couple of miles and another finished after you who didn't run as far.

Teena - I'm not referring to an actual snap just that my legs are feeling snappy (lively or energetic; brisk).

I know Andy. I was just joking with you!! I'm glad you have your "snap" back!

From Smooth on Sun, Dec 28, 2008 at 16:01:38

Sounds like a nice group run. I've never gone on a group run until the bloggers (mainly Kelli) organized one in Lehi. Had no idea how much fun I've been missing. I'm glad you're getting the snap back in your legs. I need one of those snappy snaps right now.
