Hilly run up to the mouth of Mueller Park canyon and back home. Slower pace than I would have liked. My left kidney has been hurting for a couple of days. Hoping it is only an infection.

2000 miles a yr is nothing to sneeze at - I think I've only done that one time. I'm no where close to that this year... :(
