It was a little wet and slushy but the temperature felt good.  I still cant' seem to get into a decent groove when I'm running.  It is probably due to the extra 10 that I'm carrying around.  I think that I would rather have the extra 10 and let the running suffer a little than be as thin as I was.

I'd be happy to give you another 10 of mine if you'd like.

I can kind of relate -- I eat too much when I don't train as hard and my weight is up. But I like eating, so I'm not going to fret too much.

I hear ya Andy (and Paul). Except I'd rather be 10 pounds lighter but I'm not as blessed as you skinny men dangit:)

From Andy on Wed, Nov 05, 2008 at 15:31:22

Being a skinny guy isn't a blessing:)

Neither is being a fat guy :) Finding that perfect weight can be impossible. Seems like we always want something different than what we have because we perceive that it's better, then when we get it, our perception changes again. Human nature I guess....

Jeff, you are sooooo right! I said when I got down to 125 that I'd be happy but guess what I'm thinking 5 more pounds sounds good:)

Andy, I'm teasing you. My husband lifted weights and biked a ton when we were dating and could not get above 145 pounds. He so badly wanted to be a hulking body builder but he couldn't gain weight to save his life. But now (after 5 kids and 14 years of marriage), no problem gaining, just losing for him:) I hope he doesn't see that or I'll hurt his feel bads.

Keep the 10 and enjoy the winter!! Remember that awesome "not about speed or distance" run you had the other day? I'd go for more of those (atleast until February.)

Nice mileage btw.
