Other than some tightness in my upper hamstring my legs felt pretty good.  My head has felt a little foggy the past few days which I can't explain.  It is very strange - I feel light headed all of the time and my tongue is numb.  I'm hoping that it is diet related since I have fallen off the healthy eating wagon.

I hope your not coming down with something. All weekend I had that feeling like I was a bit in a fog too. I also had a head ache for a couple days. Today I feel better though.

Yeah hope it isnt something. Looks like 7s again for this week?

What the stink?? I get the "little foggy" part, but the "tongue is numb" is throwing me off!!

You better take it easy.

Any chance you know what your normal resting heart rate is? Has it gone up by double digits?

You didn't post today Andy. Is everything okay? Reading your post from yesterday go me wondering. Let us know.

From Andy on Tue, Oct 21, 2008 at 19:26:33

Thanks Teena and Michelle. I'm not sure what the deal is. My heart rate seems normal and I don't have typical flu symptoms. I just feel out of it.
