I had a massage last night hoping that it would take care of some of the soreness in my legs.  She went easy on me because of the marathon on Saturday.  My ITB is a little sore this morning but felt fine while I was running.  It only hurts when I walk.  Ran on the LPT this morning and was disappointed to see how much horse "stuff" was on the trail.  I was surprised when they advertised the trail for bikes, pedestrians and horses because we all know what horses do.  Now there's one more reason I need to wear my headlamp when running on the trail.

Legacy Parkway Trail is a good place to run. So far I haven't encountered any of the horse stuff on my on the North end. Not too many people either. I didn't know horses were allowed! That's kind of wacked.
