Felt really good except for my right ITB. It has been tender for a week and is a little more sore. I have a massage appointment tomorrow and I will have them focus on that if it is still causing problems.
By the way Andy, if you can't find a yoga class you feel comfortable going to, you can always buy DVD's online or go to you tube to look at yoga moves. I find there are a few really great ones for runners that do wonders for the low back/piriformis/glute area. I actually prefer the mixed yoga/pilates cuz I feel pilates is better core work and yoga better stretch but either is great.
As ready as I will ever be at this point. If I don't see you before the race good luck , and knock em dead!
