Home internet is down so I will update later. Ran the last 2 miles @ 6:45/ mile and it felt good.

VERY COOL!!!!
[Will you please help me figure out what to run these next 3 weeks? Luncheon? When can we get everyone together, including you know who (is it okay to type her name on your blog?)?]

Why couldn't you use Beckys name? I'm always available for lunch. As far as the taper goes, normally I would say to go with the 2 week taper. Since you have run 2 marathons and a half marathon in the past month you should be focused primarily on recovery. You will not gain any fitness between now and St George. Do what you need to do to maintain your fitness without going overboard. You have discovered a lot about your running this year and know more what you should do than anybody else.

Strong finish. :)

I am so glad that I can use Becky's name! I just know that you are a fairly private person and I didn't want to say anything that I shouldn't.
So ... let's plan a lunch! See when Becky can come (if she would like to, you know we would love to get to know her better).
I am not good with tapering. I am genuinely afraid of doing too much or too little. Sigh.
