I am definitely going to start doing that more often. We all are so afraid of losing fitness (or at least I am) that sometimes we don't concentrate enough on recovery.

I am running the Park City half. I think it will just end up being a good hard run and not a race.

good luck on it - you are very good at getting key warm up races in prior to your goal races. Do you have any others before SGM?

I took yesterday and this morning off! Feel great today. Can't wait to get out after work today and do something!
