A little bit of everything at the gym today including a 7 minute run (1 mile).  After the gym, I went out for a few more super easy miles.  Not sure if it is really worth putting in these miles but I'm trying to make an effort maintain decent weekly mileage.  Checked my body fat % just for fun and it is down 3% in the last month and 7% since January.  Still have quite a ways to go.

You're really kickin' butt with the workouts lately. I don't think I could handle crossfit. What is your goal weight?

I don't really have a goal weight. Wherever it lands is fine as long as I feel good. I'm at 185 now and think it will probably settle around 180.

Sounds like a good weight. I really want to get back down to 175 or lower. I have 35 lbs to go. The older I get, the harder it is to get the weight off.

You'll get there, Andy...You too, Dale. I'm getting wound up about the relay, Andy. I'm glad at least you won't be a stranger.
