Ran 6.4 miles with the club and another 9.7 on my own. My Garmin has not able to grab any satellites for a few days so I may need to lay it to rest. Nothing hurt today but nothing really felt right either. My form was really clunky and my feet were hitting the ground funny. This happens occasionally and I'm not sure what the cause is. Maybe it's the extra 7 pounds that I'm carrying. I really need to start eating a little better. |
