Ran out to the LPT and put in a few uncomfortable miles. Felt very clunky. I finished the run just before the really nasty weather started. The temp was cool but it felt good.

It is snowing right now so I guess the answer would be yes. I have completely forgot what it is like to run in shorts and a t-shirt.

Didn't run today saw the snow and gave up! I need to remember this feeling when it is 90 degrees out there!
