It has been taking 3 miles to warm up lately.  I guess that is a good sign that the training volume is about right.  My brain and legs felt very disconnected this morning.  Kind of a blah run.

That's exactly what I've been feeling during the mileage buildup...taking 3 miles to warm up, legs felt heavy...brain and legs doing their separate things; except your legs churn alot faster than mine. No mention of achilles bugging! :) GOOD SIGN!!! Have a GREAT weekend, Andy!

Not necessarily a good sign. I decided that since I made the decision to continue to run on it, I cannot complain about it. It is about the same. I have been able to get in a full week's worth of running which is a good sign.

My brain is never connected to my legs, sometimes I am totally running on autopilot. I really need to work on that more thanks for the reminder.
