A mostly mundane run at a slow pace while battling the frigid temperatures and hamstring.  However, it will go down as one of my most memorable runs because after 4 years and over 9,000 miles on the road I finally got my first "Run, Forest, Run!" comment.  My first instinct was to flip her off but I was wearing mittens so it wouldn't have been very effective.

Total Time: 1:12:42 (8:05/mile)

That's awesome!! She was just jealous that you were out running and she wasn't!

Some people just don't get it Andy, and when your living to be a 100 and shes fighting to get past 40 you will have the last laugh!

Good job today...

The mittens give me an idea, if everyone were required to wear mittens while driving there would be much less road rage :)

LOL!! I needed a good laugh this morning. Just the mental image of you flipping someone off with mittens on was hilarious. I got the comment several months ago and had the same initial instinct as you. Glad I didn't do it as it turned out to me a lady in my ward. Dohhhhh!
