The goal for today was to find a pace and maintain it for the entire run.  First mile came in at 7:20 so I decided to hold that for the rest of the way.  My internal speedometer has been out of whack and I am trying to reset it.  Every mile was within 2 seconds of the goal except for the 5th.  I had a hard time getting back into a groove after the turnaround point and found myself running a little fast.  Effort felt good.  A couple of times my pace creeped down to 7:10 and it felt better than the 7:20.  I guess 7:20 is not a very natural pace for me.

Here is my public service announcement for the week.  I have posted my Garmin Connect report below.  You now know where I ran, what time I ran and can probably figure out where my house is based on the starting and stopping point.  If I do this enough times, you will be able to figure out a pattern of my activities and where I will be at certain times.  We all like to see details of each others workouts but please be careful.

Nice to see you re-booted your internal Garmin! I still don't know how you do that.

:) :) :) :)

Yeah, but anyone could find out where you live on google!!!

It is a little more dangerous for you to post since you are MR CONSISTENT!!!! For runners like me there is no pattern. Maybe perhaps my Saturday runs ... but those are busy days on the parkway and I am almost always with someone. :)

Hmmm ... maybe I shouldn't post it though. But then I have to record my splits by hand ... or maybe not ... now you have me all confused!!!! :)

Very nice run.

Btw, I am still totally bummed that you are not going to be at Ogden!! :(

(But now we all know where to find you!!!)

Are you trying to recruit stalkers? I'll head up the band.
