Just keeping the legs moving. Up 1 more pound today. I have never had this issue with weight before. I'm looking at this as rationally and logically as possible. The weight should only affect my speed and based on recent workouts, my speed is fine. Walking around today, I have noticed that my legs are very sore. Does anybody else get sore when their mileage is reduced? Hopefully they are sore from packing in all that extra glycogen.
