AM was feeling somewhat sore went pretty fast. PM about 2nd period today I started feeling sick, I was rather nauseous and dizzy, and to top it off I had an awful headache. Once we started the run I considered asking coach if I should not do the tempo with how I was feeling, but I decided to suck it up and run as best I could, well it wasnt exactly a good run at all, I wasnt even close to my time, and averaged about a 6 flat time, my legs were feeling worse than anything else had today and hurt like crazy and it wasnt just my shins, when I got back I didn't feel sick quite as much but legs still felt awful. Once I got home though every time I stand I get light headed and feel like throwing up, I hope I don't feel this way tomorrow morning or at all tomorrow, and am considering an ice bath. |
