Early morning attempt at a quality day. I wasn't sure what type of workout to do this morning. I didn't feel like tempo miles, so I decided to try 4 mile repeats @ 10K pace. I just didn't have it in me. I made it through 2 1/2. 6:00, 6:07, 3:05. I'll keep trying to throw in at least one quick day per week. Hopefully it'll get easier. |
