4.05 Miles. River Cove Road.  30:45. 7:35/mi. 146bpm.  I took an extended break, mostly due to the flu.  I haven't been this sick in years.  IT was a disappointing break.  It's been close to a month since I've trained consistently; but I didn't gain any weight and all of my aches and pains are competely gone.  My form was fine today, but my HR is high.  It'll take about 2 weeks to get back to where I was in January.

River Cove Road.  25 degrees and breezy.  30:07. 7:20/mi. 151bpm.  I still feel fine, but my HR is high.  It'll take another week or so to get back into a rythm.  At least spring is around the corner...

Middle Road.  45 degrees and sunny.  Not much wind.  6.25 miles. 46:12. 7:23/mi. 150BPM.  My HR is still a little elevated, about 8-10 BPM high.  I did the same run exactly 1 month ago at the same average pace with an average of 142BPM.  Hopefully it'll come back down with another couple weeks of consistent running.

Middle Road.  Mid 40's and light breeze.  I ran a little harder today.  My legs have healed nicely with the sporadic running in February.  My cardio system is still a little weak. 6.27 miles.  44:18. 7:04/mi. 152BPM.

River Cove Road Loop.  5.22 miles.  37:56.  7:16/mi. 143 BPM.  45 degrees and very windy.  I'm starting to feel a little better.  My HR is slowly coming down to where it was a month ago for similar efforts.  I'll finish out this week with shorter runs and introduce some 8 milers next week.
