Made it to Tucson late last night.  Anne and I ate too much airport garbage-food during the day.  My stomach disagreed with me afterwards.  I got up early and ran from the airport hotel.  Not exactly a scenic route, but it was flat and I was able to run on dirt shoulders for most of it.  8.39 miles. 1:00:39. 7:14/mi. 147BPM.

There is no flat terrain in Bisbee, AZ!  I ran 4.9 miles up and 4.9 miles down.  I have to confess that a portion of the uphill was actually hands-on-my-knees walking.  The road was Juniper Flats Road.  It is not flat at all!  I didn't set waypoints, but according to Google, the crest is about 7000ft.  Bisbee is around 5200ft.  Not a bad climb; I'm not as good on hills as I used to be.  9.80 miles. 1:21:37. 8:20/mi. 142 BPM.

Anne and I went for a 7 mile hike climbing 2000 ft at Coronado National Monument.  It was beautiful!  I'm sure I'll be sore tomorrow.

Still in Bisbee.  A little shorter today.  My legs are a bit sore from yesterday's run and hike.  Same route minus Juniper Flats Road.  6.38 miles.  50:22. 7:48/mi. 139 BPM.  We're headed for Tucson today.  I'll be on old traiing grounds starting tomorrow.

A beautiful morning run in Tucson.  I ran on mostly dirt roads on the NW side of town where I lived 15 years ago.  11.50 miles.  1:20:30.  7:00/mi. 143 BPM.

Another early morning run in Tucson.  I ran out of gas about 7 miles into it.  I did not eat anything past yesterday afternoon.  We had a big party to celebrate my father's 70th birthday.  After the barbeque, we sat around, told stories and drank too much beer.  All things considered, the run turned out OK.  My pace dropped off dramatically over the last few miles, but I managed to stay in my "easy run" pace range.  11.94 miles. 1:29:05. 7:28/mi. (7:05's early, 7:45s late). 140 BPM.
