4.05 Miles. River Cove Road.  30:45. 7:35/mi. 146bpm.  I took an extended break, mostly due to the flu.  I haven't been this sick in years.  IT was a disappointing break.  It's been close to a month since I've trained consistently; but I didn't gain any weight and all of my aches and pains are competely gone.  My form was fine today, but my HR is high.  It'll take about 2 weeks to get back to where I was in January.

River Cove Road.  25 degrees and breezy.  30:07. 7:20/mi. 151bpm.  I still feel fine, but my HR is high.  It'll take another week or so to get back into a rythm.  At least spring is around the corner...
