Middle Road.  6.26 miles.  My longest run in a bit.  I know my fitness will come back quickly, but no quick enough.  Both left and right soleus muscles tightened up so I stopped to stretch, something I wouldn't dream of doing years ago.  But I've learned my lessons and I'm trying to stay healthy rather than run on the ragged edge to establish new PR's.  22 degrees and breezy, slippery too.  47:43. 7:37/mi. 151 BPM.

River Cove Road loop. I made it to the top of the hill for the first time in months. It was a nice day. Spitting snow but nothing like what they're getting in Washington D.C. 5.24 miles. 40:19. 7:41/mi. 152 BPM.
