AM - 3 miles with Jake, really pleasant weather.
PM - 30 minutes of strength training. Not feeling very good today...have some pelvic symphysis and IT band pain. I've had adductor and groin pain regularly but haven't had these other symptoms in a while.
Proof That Crash Training Doesn't Work:
