AM - Ran up towards the mountains, meandering through neighborhoods and such.
Check out the Run Utah magazine for June/July. Lots of people from the blog are featured in it (including me, Fritz, Paul, and others)! PM - Strength training. Lots of arm work (they are looking puny) and lots of squats, lunges, kicks, side raises, etc. I have a massage tomorrow so I'm trying to get sore so it feels really good!
