So, I think my body is in shock!! After an entire week of doing absolutely nothing physical, I drug myself downstairs and on the treadmill. I can't believe how out of shape I am. I know by the way I've been eating that if I don't start doing something I'm going to be the size of a whale within a month. Therefore, I am really going to try to get at least 30 minutes in every day this week. I think that's a good goal - now just hold me to it!! |
