So, I got the kids in bed and then sat and watched the Biggest Loser before I finally got on the treadmill for my 30 minutes. I decided to try one of the programs (I've had my treadmill for 5 years and this is the first time I've ever tried one of them). It went 2-4 mph and 0-6% incline. I think it was a pretty good workout for a tired mom at the end of a long day. I'm now 2 days closer to my goal for the week. |
