So, I got the kids in bed and then sat and watched the Biggest Loser before I finally got on the treadmill for my 30 minutes.  I decided to try one of the programs (I've had my treadmill for 5 years and this is the first time I've ever tried one of them).  It went 2-4 mph and 0-6% incline.  I think it was a pretty good workout for a tired mom at the end of a long day.  I'm now 2 days closer to my goal for the week.

That sounds like a GREAT workout! In my first trimester, I was taking 2 naps a day and barely getting anything done!! You're awesome!

My only exercise in the first trimester is usually dragging myself to the bathroom to loose whatever I've just tried to eat. Each pregnant mile counts as three, at least! Great job!
