I decided to stay warm instead of go out and fight the wind and icy roads.  So, I took the kids and hit the treadmill.  I went 4 miles in 41:15 and I was happy with that and the fact that the kids actually played the entire time.

Good Job! thats a great pace and especially on the treadmill. You are staying really consistent on your running. I think you need to pick another half to do! Tell Matt to just keep with it and I wont let him "fall off" at Christmas!!! Then he will have to go through the "first" week all over again!!

Great job on the pace today, esp. on the treadmill while keeping an eye on the kids at the same time!

Yeah! Treadmill! So compatible with a mom lifestyle. Great job staying consistent. You are hitting that short term goal!

Nice job! I heard you had a mean game of "Don't eat Scooby Doo" Tell Matt Happy Birthday - A day late. I will try to stop by on my way home tomorrow. See ya soon!!
