My kids were begging to go downstairs and play, so I took the opportunity to get a few miles in on the treadmill.  It felt so good - I really enjoyed getting my heart pumping just a bit and working up a very slight sweat.

I go to the doctor today - 16 weeks.  I'm still waiting for the nausea to leave, but I'm excited to be able to schedule the ultrasound!!

Yay for running today! Bet you can't wait to get further into the 2nd trimester to get away from the yucky 1st tri feeling. So you gonna try to find out what you're having? (I wanna know!)

It's awesome when the kids help you get your exercise in, isn't it! I'm living vicariously through you and am VERY excited to hear about your ultrasound! (Vicariously because I know we'll have more children eventually, but I still feel swamped right now. hee, hee)

Good for you, Andee! Sorry you're still sick, though. Yuck.

Let us know when you get that ultrasound!
