It took me a while to get motivated, but I decided to go ahead and just do a nice easy run on the treadmill today.  I wasn't going to worry about speed or time, just enjoy the run.  The plan to just enjoy was quickly foiled by children who could not cooperate or get along with each other - frustration!  So, I did 4 miles in 41:53... 11:04, 10:27, 10:00, 10:22.  Amazingly enough, now that I'm finished my kids are playing together and perfectly content!!!

I am amazed you can get any running on the TM done while they are awake. My little guys try to sneak in and get their fingers stuck in the belt. AH! Great job on your run!

I noticed that's the case when I get on the phone too- that's when the kids always gripe! Excellent job getting some miles in today!
