I had every intention of going out and having a good run this morning. However, I woke up to the sounds of wind and looked out my window to see snow everywhere. I climbed back in bed, but couldn't go back to sleep. Finally, at 6:15 my boys were awake in their room and I decided it was now or never. I wasn't thrilled to be on the treadmill, but at least I was running. I kept all 5 miles right around the 10 minute mark and was happy to be finished in 52:18. The best part of the entire run was that my boys played happily the entire time. Now I have to get myself motivated to go out in the snow and cold for all my errands - wish me luck!

Great job! Living in Phoenix, I would have no idea what to do about running in the snow! The treadmill is better than nothing...

GOOD JOB! I can't bring myself to hit the treadmill - You are awesome!!

Bonus points for the treadmill, you are starting to rack up a lot of those too!

Wow, 5 on the treadmill is like a million on the road...okay a little overexaggeration..

Awesome job!

Good job on all your runs this week. I have not been very good about commenting on anyones blog. Garrett says I am on the blog way too much at night. So I have been trying to limit myself.
