Eazy 3 miles. I ran and talked. Felt a little sick.

2 mile warm up. Did Pyramids 600, 800, 1000, 1200, 1000, 800, 600. Didn't do them that fast. Felt very sick and couldn't push myself. I hope I am feeling better for my race on Wed. I wouldn't run my whole cool down.
